Our Cut to size Acrylic option means you can purchase parts in the sizes you like.
Our minimum cut to size order value is $20 + Gst.
Our Maximum size is 1200 x 1200mm (due to courier limits) For larger sizes please contact us and we will send you an invoice.

Our acrylic cut-to-size comes in a range of colours and thicknesses to suit your DIY project.

We offer a variety of customization options and edge polishing methods for our acrylic cut-to-size sheets. For a glossier edge select an option with polished edges. Soften the edges of your acrylic sheets with bevelled edges. *Additional costs apply – you will be emailed an updated Quote/Invoice to confirm the extra costs.
You can choose to add holes to your acrylic sheet. After entering your desired number of holes, select from available hole sizes using the drop down menu above. A free text box will appear for you to add a file with the location of your holes (download our optional template here) please confirm dimensions to the centre of holes where possible, and include a drawing if possible. *Additional costs apply – you will be emailed an updated Quote/Invoice to confirm the extra costs.
Dimension Information:
Standard Cut-to-Size length and width tolerances are +/-1.5mm but are typically more accurate. Acrylic sheet thickness tolerances are +/- 10% and can vary throughout the sheet, but variations are typically less than 5%.
Sheet products are generally supplied with plastic or paper masking, masking will require removal as soon as practicable as it will eventually breakdown and adhere to the sheet making it difficult or impossible to remove.

Cut-to-size products are CUSTOM and therefore NON-RETURNABLE.

What is the minimum order?
You can order as little as you require, we just have a minimum charge of $20.00 + Gst.
What is the warranty on this material?
Depending on colour and application there is a warranty of between 10-30 years. Contact us for more information on warranties.
Can I cut this myself?
Yes, with a fine-tooth blade such as a jigsaw. Keep the material nice and flat and supported to avoid this material cracking.
Is this easy to drill?
Yes, you just need to use a blunt drill bit! Keep the masking on if possible, when drilling. Make sure there is good support under the acrylic such as wood that you can drill into. We can always give you a test piece to practise on first!
