HIPS (high-impact polystyrene) is an extruded plastic product that is perfect for thermoforming. Often used in the screen-printing and packaging industries, it’s cost effective and versatile.
Due to the impact strength and excellent printability, HIPS is frequently used for screen-printing signage and various formed products. The sheets are also easy to cut, saw, guillotine and drill using the usual plastic processing methods.
