ACM is a three-layer sandwich panel consisting of two pre-painted aluminium sheets bonded to a polyethylene (PE) core.

Custom options

We offer a variety of customization options for our ACM sheets. You can add holes to the sheet, round the corners and even fold the ACM. For custom finish options tick the ‘holes or cut out required’ a free text box will then appear for you to add a file with the location of your holes, please confirm dimensions to the centre of holes where possible and include a drawing if possible. *Additional costs apply – you will be emailed an updated Quote/Invoice to confirm the extra costs.

Dimension Information:

Standard Cut-to-Size length and width tolerances are +/-1.5mm but are typically more accurate. Polycarbonate sheet thickness tolerances are +/- 10% and can vary throughout the sheet, but variations are typically less than 5%.

Please Note:

Sheet products are generally supplied with plastic or paper masking, masking will require removal as soon as practicable as it will eventually breakdown and adhere to the sheet making it difficult or impossible to remove.

Cut-to-size products are CUSTOM and therefore NON-RETURNABLE.
