PET-G is very similar to PET however PET-G simply has glycol added. Cebelio also stocks thicker gauges in PET-G.
The addition of glycol allows the material to be slightly more flexible. Having a little more flexibility allows parts to have a greater tolerance to impact compared to PET.
PET-G is a good alternative to Acrylic and Polycarbonate when greater flexibility is required. It is strong and has outstanding chemical resistance.
PET-G is designed to meet a range of applications from Promotional display solutions though to vacuumed formed projects.
As a bonus PET-G is completely recyclable so is a great choice for environmental sustainability and printability. It comes in many different grades that can be used for a variety of different applications.
